Frying Pan Residence
Personalizing and updating this house on the river in Basalt was the agenda for the project. The kitchen is the gathering area for this foodie family so we gutted it, lightened and brightened the area and made it a great place to hang out. The bathrooms also needed updating - painting out the cabinet and replacing tile was cost effective in one bathroom, but two other bathrooms needed more complete remodeling, including cabinets, paint, tile and lighting.
The house was furnished when the client bought it so we worked together to identify pieces that would work going forward and incorporating additional new and custom pieces to create a comfortable and beautiful river retreat.
